Pets
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking
  • Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
  • Cigarettes may only be smoked in the designated outdoor areas.
  • All waste must be disposed of in the corresponding bins.
  • Smoking is not allowed near curtains, wooden furniture or easily flammable areas.
  • Please inform staff of any smoke-related incident.
Pool
  • Use of the pool is the guests own responsibility.
  • Running around the pool or playing dangerous games is not allowed.
  • Showering before entering the pool is mandatory to keep the water clean.
  • Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Eating or drinking in the water is not allowed; please use the areas provided for that purpose.
  • The use of glass objects around the pool is strictly forbidden. The property provides plastic items (cups, plates) for guests to use in the pool area.
  • Using the pools heat pump to warm the water is an extra service that may carry an additional cost. Please ask for information if interested.
Use of Facilities and Furniture
  • The client will be responsible for the care of the furniture, belongings, utensils, equipment and facilities made available inside and outside the house. In case of damage, the client agrees to replace or pay for the damage caused, as well as to return the house in the same condition in which it was found.
  • It is forbidden to take furniture from inside the house outside and/or move furniture from its designated place, with the sole exception of the chairs.
  • We provide cleaning supplies so that you can leave the house as it was, tidy and clean.
  • Please take special care when lighting the barbecue. It must always be watched to avoid fire hazards. Do not leave it lit unnecessarily.
Safety in Nature
  • It is strictly forbidden to light fires outside the house or to use any kind of fireworks.
  • The property is equipped with fire extinguishers outside and a fire blanket in the kitchen. Please pay close attention to the instructions for use so that, in case of an accident, you know how to use them. Tampering with the fire safety equipment is forbidden unless it is needed due to an accident. In case of an accident, call the emergency number 112.
  • It is strictly forbidden to walk outside the paved areas, especially in the cliff areas. This helps avoid rockfalls and falls due to the steep slope. Climbing on the walls is also forbidden for the same reason. The property will not assume any responsibility for any accident resulting from failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned in this section.
Maintenance
  • The house maintenance service will visit the property every 3 days to clean and maintain the pool and common areas. Maintenance work will be carried out between 6:30 am and 9:00 am. We will try to do this as quietly as possible to avoid disturbances.
  • We would appreciate any constructive criticism/suggestions about El Reencuentro Casa Rural. We value your opinion and point of view to improve wherever we can, so that your visit is as enjoyable as possible.
  • If something breaks or stops working, please let us know so we can replace or repair it, so that future guests can enjoy the house to the fullest.
  • Please do not feed any animals you may see on the property.
  • It is forbidden to leave garbage bags on the terraces, as animals may scatter them at night. Lidded bins are installed in the parking area; please dispose of bags there.
Personal Belongings
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings in any case.
  • If you forget any belongings after check-out, and we find them, we will contact you to arrange to send them to you.
