The Rural House El Reencuentro is intended for private holiday use only, and no other activity, profitable or not, other than vacation enjoyment may be carried out. No type of parties are allowed without the express consent of the property.

 – Number of guests: The client must notify the property owner of the total number of people who will be staying in the house at the time of booking. Exceeding the number of people without prior notice will result in termination and total loss of the amounts deposited, and the property will also be exempt from any claim. Likewise the client takes responsibility for having provided the ID documents, for later submission to the lodging registry (Spanish National Police registration), of guests over 14 years old. This information must be provided at the time of booking. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed where 2 more people can stay.

 – Contract: The holiday rental agreement will be valid from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure, unless the client and the property agree on other times (late check-out may carry an extra cost).

 – Cancellation policy: * The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of confirming the booking by any of the payment methods offered in the payment gateway. * In case of cancellation made 30 days before the expected arrival date, the property will refund the full amount of the booking. * If the cancellation occurs during the week prior to the arrival date, the property will retain 50% of the amount paid. * Cancellations made in the last two days or the client’s no-show will result in the total loss of the amount paid, with no right to a refund. * Acceptance of the booking implies the client’s express agreement with these cancellation conditions.

 – Once the booking request has been made through the website’s search engine (www.elreencuentrocasarural.com) the client will receive an email confirming that we have received the request. Within the following 24 hours the property will send the acceptance and instructions to complete the booking process. An additional charge of 200.00EUR will be made to the client as a security deposit for renting the house. This deposit will be refunded by the owner via bank transfer or Bizum after leaving the house (within about 48 hours) following the departure day, provided there is no damage to the house or its exteriors, nor extraordinary cleaning costs. If the damage to the house exceeds the deposit, the client agrees to pay the difference. 

– The client will be responsible for the care of the furniture, belongings, utensils, equipment and facilities made available inside and outside the house. In case of damage, the client agrees to replace or pay for the damage caused, as well as to return the house in the same condition in which it was found.

 – It is forbidden to take furniture from inside the house outside and/or move furniture from inside/outside its designated place, with the sole exception of the chairs.

 – General cleaning. We provide cleaning supplies so that you can leave the house as it was, tidy and clean.

 – It is strictly forbidden to light fires outside the house or to use any kind of fireworks.

 – Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

* Cigarettes may only be smoked in the designated outdoor areas.
* All waste must be disposed of in the corresponding bins.
* Smoking is not allowed near curtains, wooden furniture or easily flammable areas.
* Please inform staff of any smoke-related incident.

 – Use of the pool is at the guests’ own responsibility.

* Running around the pool or playing dangerous games is not allowed. 
* Showering before entering the pool is mandatory to keep the water clean. 
* Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. 
* Eating or drinking in the water is not allowed; please use the areas provided for that purpose. 
* The use of glass objects around the pool is strictly forbidden. The property provides plastic items (cups, plates) for guests to use in the pool area. 
* Using the pool’s heat pump to warm the water is an extra service that may carry an additional cost. Please ask for information if interested. 

– Please take special care when lighting the barbecue. It must always be watched to avoid fire hazards. Do not leave it lit unnecessarily. 

– The property is equipped with fire extinguishers outside and a fire blanket in the kitchen. Please pay close attention to the instructions for use so that, in case of an accident, you know how to use them. Tampering with the fire safety equipment is forbidden unless it is needed due to an accident.

Maintenance

 – The house maintenance service will visit the property every 3 days to clean and maintain the pool and common areas. Maintenance work will be carried out between 6:30 am and 9:00 am. We will try to do this as quietly as possible to avoid disturbances. 

– We would appreciate any constructive criticism/suggestions about El Reencuentro Casa Rural. We value your opinion and point of view to improve wherever we can, so that your visit is as enjoyable as possible. 

– If something breaks or stops working, please let us know so we can replace or repair it, so that future guests can enjoy the house to the fullest.

 – For everyone’s safety, we have installed video surveillance cameras in the parking area and at the entrance of the house.

 – Personal belongings 

We are not responsible for personal belongings in any case. 

If you forget any belongings after check-out, and we find them, we will contact you to arrange to send them to you.

 Common areas 

– Please do not feed any animals you may see on the property.

 – It is forbidden to leave garbage bags on the terraces, as animals may scatter them at night. Lidded bins are installed in the parking area; please dispose of bags there.

 – It is strictly forbidden to walk outside the paved areas, especially in the cliff areas. This helps avoid rockfalls and falls due to the steep slope. Climbing on the walls is also forbidden for the same reason. The property will not assume any responsibility for any accident resulting from failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned in this section. 

– The property reserves the right to enter the premises in case of non-compliance with the rules or for reasons of disturbance.
